Sudden unexplained confusion and mental fog
A witchcraft attack often targets the mind first. Sudden inability to think clearly, pray effectively, or make decisions — especially when it descends abruptly — can be a sign of a witchcraft attack. Witchcraft operates through confusion because confusion is the opposite of the clarity God gives (1 Corinthians 14:33, NKJV).
Blocked prayer and spiritual heaviness

Breaking a witchcraft attack requires the same weapons God has always provided — repentance, the blood of Jesus, the Word of God, and the authority of the name of Jesus Christ. Walk through these steps deliberately and in faith.
Submit fully to God first
James 4:7 (NKJV) gives the order: "Submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee." You cannot effectively break a witchcraft attack without first being fully submitted to the Lord. Close any open doors in your own life

Repentance. Father, I repent for every open door in my life — unforgiveness, occult involvement, fear, pride, and every agreement I have made with darkness knowingly or unknowingly. I also repent on behalf of my family line for ancestral witchcraft, idolatry, and occult covenants. Cleanse me by the blood of Jesus (1 John 1:9, NKJV).
Forgiveness. Lord, I choose to forgive every person who has operated in witchcraft against me — known and unknown. I release them from my judgment. I bless them and release them to You. I close every door that unforgiveness has opened to this witchcraft attack (Matthew 6:14, NKJV).
Breaking the witchcraft attack. In the name of Jesus Christ, I break every witchcraft attack sent against me — every curse, hex, spell, evil prayer, blood covenant, witchcraft ritual, and demonic assignment. I cancel them at the cross of Jesus Christ. I declare them null and void by the blood of the Lamb (Colossians 2:14, NKJV). No weapon formed against me shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, NKJV).

Covering. I plead the blood of Jesus over my spirit, my mind, my body, my home, my family, and every area the witchcraft attack has targeted. I anoint my home and declare it holy ground — set apart for the Lord. Father, let the angel of the Lord encamp around me and my household (Psalm 34:7, NKJV).
Standing firm. I put on the whole armour of God — the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:10–18, NKJV). I stand in Christ's victory. I am more than a conqueror through Him who loved me (Romans 8:37, NKJV). In Jesus' name. Amen.
